My laid back weekend

Reflecting my weekend schedule through out this month….First week to JB visiting lil man’s best fren “sunat”, second week to Grik attending cousin’s wedding, third week attending Autism workshop then to Cherating spending time together for 19th weeding anniversary…

This week is my laid back week, being lazy…curling myself on bed while missing my both man. They continued their weekend excursion going back to kampong up north. I didn’t join them as I need to spare time for my overdue medical check-up to qualify for insurance investment and to know my state of health at this moment. Half of Saturday I was at the clinic to go thru series of medical check-up which include stress test. My first stress test in my history of medical check-up.

Overall result is not too bad except for my LDL reads 3.5 mmol/L (a bit on high side). However, my HDL is good with 1.85 mmol/L. My stress test result shows some glitch peak at level 3. But it was back to normal after cooling down. False alarm on the trace of blood in urine, while preparing for retest, a show of mensus (explaining the test result)..which caught me by surprised for not expecting it to arrive a bit earlier.

This justifies my laid back and lazy weekend on bed counting hours for both my beloved man to arrive home. Days without them both is so lonely… As soon as they arrived home, my lively days ..
