Caught flu since yesterday...with headache, running nose, some slight fever, acking body.. Overdose myself with paracetamol, black seed oil, multivite, vitamin c....and hot rice with sunnyside up egg + kicap kipas udang + loads of warm water..
My body with low resistant to cold weather ..Rest in bed under two layers of duvet, several cycles of sleep and wake up and loads of silence cryinggggggggggg....

Wong, RB, Atn, DITH, Dewa.. I am 70% recovered after taking so much paracetamol etc etc, sleep, wake up and sleep again many times.
Wong..dah winter but noy yet snowing. Freezing cold at nite - 5 or -6C. This picture taken last year.
DITH, I did not get the shot. I shud see GP to ask for it. Hopefully this will be my last winter here. I realised how much my body can't stand cold now not like when I was relatively young long time ago..
Tuan hamba Dewa keramat...bahasamu semakin clasik..Sagugia dinyatakan hamba juga terhutang budi dan terharu keperihatinan (nie classic word ka ha???, hentam ajelah labu....) dan jiwa luhur tuan hamba.Semuga tuan hamba damai dihati dialam keramat..;-))

AM, it is COLDDDDDD! yesterday i was out in the surburbs of Suffolk and it was like driving through a wad of cotton wool - fog all day and very scary and the weather is not likely to improve! So, do take care. Flu can be bad at this time.
